Never defend this way.... youd get burnt deep after being burned with short passes. slot quick passes will destroy your d if offense coaches call good consecutive plays.

Dang coach, can’t even lie, u got me discouraged! Lol 😂 U said take one full day and work against it in the spring, but our coaches were hired after that. Then u said take another day in the summer. We had too much to install to get kids to learn the 3-4. And then u said “if u did t do that and u only preparing for this the week of, u are in trouble!” Well, yeah, we are preparing the week of. So we are gonna get to work and see what happens! Thank u for putting this video out though! Much needed!

I ran this same offense in high school 2006-2010. It functioned okay but once you run into a team with disrupters up front things got tough. Your guards must be athletic and have to be precise with who they’re blocking, no time to second guess

This is the same defense I played in at Heard Co. mike backer wolf and bear. We called it a 4-4 but really a 4-2-5

What happens if the O coordinator has half a brain and runs everything to the weakside? That's what I would do against this front. Trap weak and sweep weak look really good with only one defensive lineman on the weak side.

We had problems with that strong side A-gap NG. That team ended our season. We adjusted by borrowing something from the Roger Holmes Wing-T manual. If there's a man in the strong side A-gap, our PSG will make a "Tex" call, which alerts the PST that he and the PSG are trading assignments. The PSG blocks down and the PST pulls and kicks. If that isn't the case, they'll just run regular Buck.

Great stuff! We used a doubles formation , left slot jet right while fb ran trap first then qb dropped back to fake pass . One game the jet gave us 400 yds rushing in a game we weren’t supposed to win

I like using this with the QB as the runner and the RB filling for the BS Puller. Let's us use Trips or a 3 man surface and have the QB reading the screen to the run side, so it's easy for him to read it and get upfield
